This Refund and Exchange Policy has been established in compliance with the e-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the nature of the health products we offer.

1. General Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Return Period: Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Exchange Period: Customers have the right to request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with its original packaging, and all labels and invoices present.

2. Products Exempt from Return and Exchange

For reasons related to public health and safety, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened or partially used (such as dietary supplements, vitamins, or personal care products).
  • Products whose original packaging has been removed or tampered with.
  • Products that require special storage conditions and have been shipped outside of temperature control (after being received by the customer).
  • Products purchased as part of special offers or final sales (this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase).

3. Return Procedure

  1. Submitting the Request: The customer must contact customer service via email (support@ziehub.com) or the dedicated phone number within the specified period.
  2. Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  3. Refund Processing:
  • If the request is approved, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer using the same original payment method (excluding original shipping fees) within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • If the payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.

4. Shipping Costs

  • In case of a defect or error by ZieHub: ZieHub will bear the full shipping costs for the return or exchange.
  • In case the customer wishes to return/exchange without a defect: The customer will bear the costs of shipping the returned product and the costs of shipping the replacement product (in case of exchange).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the product arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt, and we will handle all necessary procedures and costs for replacement or return.
